Overview
Center Administrator play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational efficiency and smooth functioning of a center, contributing significantly to its success by overseeing administrative tasks and providing essential support to the management team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the Center Manager to facilitate their roles effectively.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and maintenance of center supplies and equipment to support operational needs.
- Manage fee collection processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collecting, recording, and tracking student fees, invoices, and payments.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless execution and logistics.
- Supervise reception and front desk activities, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming environment.
- Assist parents with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and providing necessary support.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to maintain operational standards.

Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in office management software and systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing administrative tasks and documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary
RM 1, 700.00 – RM 2, 200.00
