Overview
The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staff management, implementation quality of curriculum delivery, and ensuring the overall success of the center, including driving student enrollment and retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of educators, administrators, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, conducting regular assessments, and implementing improvement plans.
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure effective teaching methods, educational materials, and resources are utilized to enhance student learning.
- Strategize and execute marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and partnerships, to increase student enrollment and maintain healthy retention rates.
- Manage budget allocation, resource planning, and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment for the center.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and parents to foster partnerships and promote the center’s programmes and achievements.
- Analyze enrollment trends, student progress, and satisfaction to drive improvements in programme offerings and student outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting to meet organizational requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ management experience in education or related fields.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and email campaigns.
- Advanced skills in video editing, photography, and creating engaging visual content.
- Exceptional copywriting abilities for marketing materials.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Updated knowledge of commercial trends and effective marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in student enrollment initiatives.
- Own transportation and flexibility for travel as needed.
Salary
RM 2, 200.00 – RM 3, 000.00
