Overview
Teacher’s primary responsibility is to facilitate learning by designing and delivering engaging lessons, imparting knowledge, and nurturing students’ growth.
Responsibilities
- Teach multiple subjects across primary and secondary levels, fostering academic growth and subject mastery.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that inspire curiosity and facilitate academic progress.
- Provide individualized assistance to students, guiding their academic progress and addressing learning challenges.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address learning challenges.
- Regularly communicate with parents to discuss student progress and create a collaborative approach to support learning.
- Maintain an organized and resourceful classroom environment
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field; fresh graduates or those with previous teaching experience preferred.
- Capable of teaching a minimum of three subjects across primary and secondary levels with subject expertise.
- Passion for working with children and dedication to their growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Flexibility, patience, and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
- Possess own transportation
Salary
RM 1, 700.00 – RM 2, 500.00
